How is this different from the Render > Frame extension?

Hello Maren, that's a good question.

And perhaps Tayo would have been better using that :)

However this extension is a command call based bounding box method and allows geometric vs visual measurements.
It also allows for any units to be specified for the margins regardless of the user units.
All four margins are independent.
It can grab the style from the last object, so can make frames with filtered borders.

However you are probably correct to ask the question :)

maybe it would be better if you contributed this changes to frame extension
