Download the SVG file and edit in Inkscape. You can do as little as edit one block, or draw one diagram and send it back. Your name will be added to the author credits for the tutorial and everyone will get to see your contributions in the next release of Inkscape.
It should be downloaded and edited by you, and you can submit your edits to the line below. Come chat on chat.inkscape.org if you have trouble submitting or want to talk about the wording or art!

Once your edits are submitted I will process them back into the raw tutorial format (which is not an SVG) and there is a second stage of translating. So if you are interested in translating the new tutorial please wait until completion and then join the docs team above.
