An extension to make tiling patterns, with or without color patterns.
It can be found under the menu Extensions-->Render-->Tiling.
This extension uses the Tessagon library (a minified version of the library is included): https://github.com/cwant/tessagon
If you would like to try out new features still in development, you can checkout the development branch of tessagon (above) or download a zip file:

Running the script integrations/inkscape/package_extension.py will package up the extension (both as a directory and as a zip file in the output directory that the package_extension script is in).
