I downloaded inkscape-1.4_2024-10-11_86a8ad7-x64.msi for evaluation.
When I start Setup a message is displayed: 'bert.binnenmarsch' is not a valid short file name.
After closing the message box the only option is to finish Setup, nothing gets installed.
What is the problem here and how can it be fixed?
