Beginners' Questions font different from Excel

    Hi, I am using newly installed Inkscape 1.4 (86a8ad7, 2024-10-11), Windows 11. I imported a plot created in Windows Excel as a PDF into Inkscape. I added text, but the font looks different from that created in Excel even though all are Arial, normal, 12 pt. The one created in Inkscape seems to be bold. I couldn't make them look similar. The file is attached. Did anyone have the same issue? Thanks.

    ThereΒ΄s a stroke applied to "Pathways" - select text object and delete stroke.
