My printer requires me to give them what I want printed in PDF form. I often have to modify fonts by path/node manipulation and when I save as PDF then test print on my printer the font modifications do not print - just the original font. Is there a solution? Thanks, Bill
I guess you need to convert text to paths; select Text object and go Path->Union and try again. Perhaps make a duplicate first which you can set to invisible - just to have the text as a backup.

I'd make all my test prints with a pdf copy (if that's not already in practice).
