I'm trying to print an image that I have printed successfully for years. The image is a rectangle and when printing the image is being chopped on the right side and the bottom. What is printed is is correct dimensionally. The chopped image is too large for the correct overall dimensions, so it is being chopped to fit. I have not modified the image in any way. I uninstalled IS and reinstalled the latest Windows version on my HP laptop which has printed the image successfully before. I have not changed the settings on my HP laser printer. This is the only image that is not printing correctly. Thanks in advance for your help! Bill K
I can't say what's happening here, but you're not alone. Inkscape's printing problems are widely known, at least on non-linux systems. The usual workaround is [File > Save a Copy...] and select pdf as the file format. Use your favourite pdf application to print the result.
