My project looks fine in Inkscape, but when I upload the SVG to another program (Cricut design space in this case) it is shifting the bottom layer and I can't put it back. Any idea why this is happening and how I can correct it?
It looks like you were not uploading the svg file to Design Space. If you were using the svg file, the process of deciding whether you want a cut file or Print then Cut would not even be showing up. Make sure to load the files that ends in .svg. In Windows it may be labeled as a "Chrome HTML file" or "Edge HTML File" and the icon will look like your default internet browser icon.
