Each little box has to be as the size as A4 on the canvas.

Each Pages Tool Pages is A4 sized.

When I make the little boxes as big as A4 sized Pages Tool Pages. The numbers (objects) size ratios get spoil. Squashed on the top. Why?

Can you check my file and try what im trying to do and tell whats wrong or what should i do?

The tiles are not the same aspect as an A4 page. I'd make them 52.5mm x 74.25.

Here's your file, I have

• rearranged the pages
• set the rectangles to the size of the pages
• resized and put the numbers in the right place.
• I've renamed and reordered the rectangles and texts, as you'll see in the objects panel.

When you select one of the small rectangles AND the corresponding number, and use the enlargement handles to make the rectangle the size of the page (which doesn't have the same proportions) you apply the same non-proportional change in size to the number.
