In that case you should select the offending path (path48) and then Inkstitch/Troubleshoot/Troubleshoot object . You will see an arrow pointing to a place where the path cross itself. Correct that and the fill will be working well. Hope this help....

I have looked at the code but I cannot figure out why the fill is skipping the section.
