So, my problem with Inkscape (new user - CorelDRAW user since Version 2), is that it only prints at 96%. This is useless for producing business cards and printing directly on business card stock. I tried Save As and Export as PDF and PNG but the problem still exists. The PNG file was even worse.
What am I missing? There must be a setting that ensures that Inkscape prints at 100%. I'm using a Samsung laser printer and haven't had this problem before.

Do you see 96% scaling in your exported pdf file? Can you upload an example svg and pdf for examination?
Sounds like the printer is reducing scale to match format to max print size; Laser printers can´t print to the edges of the paper like inkjets.
