Hello, I would like to ask a question When I select multiple objects, how can I keep the selection from being lost (I don't want to group them again and destroy the group hierarchy) It's really frustrating to accidentally lose a choice The version of inkspace installed is 1.4 Thank you for reading
There's a method to remember and repeat selection sets.
Select your shapes then [Object > Selectors and CSS...] opens a dialog. At the bottom of the dialog, click [+] to create a new CSS Class and apply it to the selected shapes. This opens a text input dialog to name the Class. Use something descriptive like "my shapes" then [Add].
Back to the canvas and continue working. When you want to repeat the original selection, go back to the dialog and click "my shapes".
Objects can be assigned to multiple selection sets. Click the [bin] icon beside an object name to remove it from a CSS class. Select something on the canvas then click the [+] icon beside the CSS class to add the selected shapes.
