This is a really weird problem ive been having with a file lately, and ive never experienced this problem on any other project. Basically one of the objects will randomly get a bit bulkier and i think move slightly entirely on its own. I never notice it actually happen until later, so sometimes i have to undo some work ive done which is very annoying. I only caught it happen once, and it was caused by me making a DIFFERENT layer invisible. Anyone encountered this before?
There's no duplicate, and when I made the layer visible again it didnt go back. I did find a more reliable way of recreating the same problem tho. The same thing occurs every single time I use the node tool on the shape and move any nodes.
And I attached the file in question that has this problem. The shape that has this problem is the largest one. You can see that the shape changes by using some of the small islands as reference.

I've not seen/heard of this issue.
Any chance there are duplicates that have slight variation, on the discrete layers?
Sharing an example Inkscape SVG that has the issue may be helpful.

Suspect the 2 digits stored for coordinates are not enough to retain the shapes -especially if they are grouped.
Increase the number of digits under svg output at the preferences, save the file and reopen again and see if it makes a difference.
