Beyond the Basics Inksacpe snap package exports files with a ".xdp" prefix

    I'm using the default Inkscape available in the ubuntu store and it seems to be 1.2.2 snap version. I've noticed it exports files with a ".xdp-" prefix making the files hidden. I can't figure out why is this happening, this seems to be a persistent bug as I've noticed the same issue months ago, before the 1.2.2 bug fixes version.

    This bug has been reported, but maybe here in the forum someone got a workaround to share

    I'd use the PPA. https://inkscape.org/release/1.2.2/gnulinux/

    I'm running it on Mint without too many issues.
