Hello, I have a doubt, I have an iMac with Catalina, and Inkscape 1.0 runs slow.
But in the same machine, with Windows 10 via Bootcamp, it runs way better.
What is the problem here? Maybe it is not well optimized for Mac?

It's a trainwreck, IMO.
I suggest dual boot to Linux and run from there.
