I don't think so, maybe you could create the template in Krita, which has good functions for it and transfer it to Inkscape as a reference. Here is a video that you may find useful https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdwBScy0WK8
I don't know of a suitable Inkscape extension so I worked out this manual method to illustrate a tunnel.
Start with a straight line then [Edit > Clone > Create Tiled Clones...] [Rows, Columns: 1 x 20] [Shift X: Per column: -100] [Angle: Per column: 180/20] [Apply] Select the resulting rays and create a group [Object > Group].
Draw a square and centre it on the group you just made. Select the square and make more clones. [Edit > Clone > Creat Tiled Clones...] [Rows, Columns: 1 x 20] [Shift X: Per column: -100] [Angle: Per column: 0] [Scale X: Per row: -2.5] [Scale Y: Per column: -2.5] [Exponent: Per row: 4] [Exponent: Per column: 4] [Apply] and group the result. Experiment with Scale, Exponent and Base to change the tunnel perspective.
Stretch everything with the Select tool for a wider or taller tunnel. Copy and paste the group of rectangles and modify the clone original for alternative guides
Hello all.
I have always wanted to create a 1-point perspective Victorian lane or alleyway.
Now that I have discovred Inkscape I would like to give it a try.
Are there any tools or settings within Inkscape to help set up some form of a perspective grid?

You could also do it manually in Inkscape. This video is old, but I think it can serve as a guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fhj-5FW9iuQ
And here is a channel with Timelapses of perspective drawing with Inkscape https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIxmoHhOgDPiANvAbqyhGBw/videos
Many thanks, sir. Much obliged :)
