I am probably in the wrong forum. search did not turn up anything for snap appimage. apologizes if i am.

i switched recently fro windows. when i installed inkscape i can see it was installed as a snap. (i have no opinion on the snap, flatpack, appimage as i barely know the difference) 
in any case. a snap was installed. I dont think Inkscape provides a snap just an appimage. how do i copy my setup settings from the snap to somewhere the appimage can see them.

I have a archive of the snap folder for inkscape. 

I have a archive of my inscape .config settings.

I just need to know where I guess.
