I would like to try out Inkscape Alpha on Macos, unfortunately l'm not a coder, don't understand from the sources I find, how to make a build, or how tomstart inkscape.

Will Inkscape 1.0 work with Mac OS X 10.7? I try alpha but it not work with Mac OS X 10.7.
@VeTuDo No. We're at 'beta1' now, and the beta is for 10.10 - 10.15 . See https://inkscape.org/release/inkscape-1.0/?latest=1 for the latest beta versions.
