Oops - where did you got this crap from? Inkscape is not a Safari extension.
Please download only from the original website and here the M1 dmg (arm64) file: https://inkscape.org/release/1.2.2/mac-os-x/

(There's a scam app on the Apple App Store that is this fake safari extension. There are matching ones on the Chrome extensions store too. I've brought it up with the Vectors team.)

Yes - I´ve seen it and found this in the Apple App Store:
But no way to report them to Apple.
