Ok I am new to embroidery so sorry if my terminology is not correct.

    I just got a Brother PE550D.

I made my 1st patch/design and the right side is off-printed. My statin stitch does not match up with my fill stitch. I am unsure if it is a file problem because it doesn't show spacing between the fill and statin. (I want my statin stitch overlapping or cover my fill stitch.) The left side is perfect. Just the right side is not.

If someone can help explain what is wrong or what I am doing wrong would be great.

You are facing an issue that all embroiderer will struggle with at some point. What you are seeing is the effect of the thread pulling and pushing the fabric as the design gets stitched out.

From what you describe I assume that you have a fill with 0 percent angle (stitched lines go from right to left). When you design on screen, you'll have think ahead on how the thread will push and pull the fabric and adapt the shapes on screen a bit weirdly, so they stitch out as you planed. In your case, stretch the shape just a little bit on x-axis and if you are seeing issue in y-direction as well, squeeze it a little there.

When you have multiple shapes it can help to not stitch with the same angle all the time. This can also have a nice visual effect.

Here is more info about the push and pull effect: https://inkstitch.org/tutorials/push-pull-compensation/
