I have hundreds of svg files. But half of it has a problem. An svg file opened in Inkscape does not open in Cricut Design. I'm posting screenshots

Could one of the part of the image be a linked one (i.e. an imported raster image NOT embedded, like the error message suggest)?

If you´re in the need of vector data based on your images you need to go Path->Trace Bitmap first.

What settings do I need to do here?

You can save time making the Cross by your own drawing two perpendicular segments.
Despite being easy to remake from scratch the other two figures as well, you could try:

-single scan/brightness cutoff for black and white clipart

    -Multiple scan/colors for colored images.

Trim the parameters to obtain the desired results.
