Some time ago (I don't remember when exactly) when I moved objects, scaled or just started to draw a rectangle, for example, if I was on zoom 1:1, those operations were done using integer values of pixels. But it's not happening anymore. Every time I move or scale an object today, it's placed in pixel fractions and I have to mannually edit the position/size input fields.
Does anyone know how to get that behavior back?
I'm using Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with Inkscape (1.0.2) installed by Snap.
If you are using the keys to scale or move an object ( arrows or < and > ) the step number and units is shown in Edit>preferences>behaviour>steps.
If you are scaling or moving using the mouse, I didn't think there was a way to do this without using a grid, and a combination of snap to grid and snap to bounding box / centre etc.
