This is just my thought.... Is there a way we can use XML editor to resize the rectangle automatically by giving formula to calculate? Something like this link

I have a Text at top of the Rectangle.... like this picture in the link below

Its rectangle widht and height is 20px wider and taller more than Text.
I need to be like this link automaticaly when I edit the Text, and rectangle's width and height still 20px wider and taller than Text.
How do I do that?
