The save as png option has been a legacy option for several years. It used a rendering engine that has "difficulties." Export PNG Image under the File menu is superior. Later versions finally removed Save as PNG.
In you picture it looks like you have it set to export drawing, I think as it isn't in english. Try selecting all your are work and change it to export selection. You also have dpi set to 150, which may be fine. If you are still having problems. Post the actual SVG file.

Since 1 week, I got a new version of Inkscape.
Since more 1 year, I usually use Export for PNG with succes.
Since 1 week, the Save as : PNG is no longer available??? Why?
And If I export, the quality of the image, is not properly.
I don't understand, why I have those change and probleme this week.
