Is it possible to setup 'global' layout? For example, have Layers and Fill dialogs docked, and for every scene (new or old) it is always this layout. Right now, it is either it will keep how last scene was, or all dialogs closed.

Also is it possible to have, some dialogs docked and other Float? I manage to set it. but on next file opening or new scene, all will be floating.
