Beginners' Questions Inscape logo not appeared on thumbnail of Inkscape SVG file

    HI, whenever I save Inkscape SVG (refer screen shot) the inkscape black logo appears on thumbnail but this is the first time did not appear. Though when hover mouse on the file it says svg. Interestingly I can open it in inkscape.

    I am worried what if this file stop working in future.

    Any ideas.
