Beginners' Questions Floating dialogs

    Sorry, but I am so stupid today.

    I wish to make dialog: "Text / Text and Font" floating.

    I grab it and drag somewhere, but nothing happend.

    I searched in this forum and found nothing. But I am sure, there is already answer for my question. Just, I can't find.

    New method since 1.0... right-click for menu: Move tab to new window.  :-D
