I know this is just me being a bit lazy, but is there a way to change the default save filename from "drawing.svg" to something more like "[todays date and time].svg"? It would be really helpful when i have a creative burst and just quickly throw an idea down.

I mean when hit save the first time on a drawing, I would like it to automatically have a more specific filename. Otherwise I have lots of "drawing.svg", "drawing2.svg" files in my working folder.
