I've been trying this video but can not seen to get te picture and text in to the ellipse when open and append the file. The ellipse all ways to the top and text at the bottom.

I've worked trough the video more than 20 time but no joy

Can any body help me Please

Difficult to answer properly to your question : please share the link to the video you are refering to.

You can send ellipse to bottom : select it with selector tool, press end key or page down key if you just want to lower it a bit behind the text but not to bottom.

In control bar, when using selector tool, you can find in the left the icons that allow you to move selected objects up and down in z order.

To check the z order of the different objects, you can use layer and objects panel  (ctrl + shift + o) : there, you can also move them over or under one another.
