Hi there, I'm using Inkscape with a writing machine (Axi draw A3) to write letters.
All was going well until the writing started coming out almost hollowed out. Where it was one clean lines that looked like actual handwriting.
Although the effect is nice it's not what I'm looking for. I've spent hours trying to change it back and I've got no luck.
I'm using a Mac with the latest Inkscape installed.
Any advice is much appreciated.

The Axidraw developer sometimes drops in, but it might be faster to post your question on the Axidraw forum: https://www.evilmadscientist.com/forums/forum/axidraw/
You've converted to outlines, using Path > Outline to path, where previously you were using Hershey Text to render single-line text.
