I downloaded some files from internet to laser cut. They are in SVG. I've been repositioning the design to cut as many as possible at once.
The program I'm using for cutting is RDWorks, it needs to import DXF.
In Inkscape I go to save as, I select dxf. If I open the new file with a viewer I see there are missing lines. Sometimes it also exports in a smaller size.
The downloaded file came in inches. I have changed the units on the page options and the design, but I don't know if this has something to do.
