Hello, is it possible to place/import a jpeg into Inkscape on a Macbook? I tried to place/import a jpeg into Inkscape but it says, "Failed to load the requested file..."
Sure - no problem here on M1MacMini. Dragging images from Finder/Folders onto open Inkscape works just fine. Perhaps a security issue after a fresh install. If macOS fails to display the note you need to explicit allow Inkscape access to HD/Files/+Folders in macOS Preferences.
