Using Windows 10, I used to click on any one of my .svg files and it would automatically open in Inkscape.
Since upgrading to 1.3 the files still open, but without linked images and frozen, with none of the functions working.
If I open Inkscape first, then open the file from there, everything works perfectly.
Any suggestions please?
