    Hi Tyler,

    I had the same problem, I went to the link as per your advice but I still got this message: Failed to load the requested file....

    I tried restarting my PC but I get the same thing repeatedly.

    Is there a solution? I work with lots of EPS files from Freepik and other similar sites, for my large-format printing business.
