I use Inkscape successfully on my PC, which is built to run CNC machine and other machining software. I tried using Inkscape on my laptop and it crashes constantly. My PC is in my shop, and I wanted to use something more portable.  What do you recommend for Inkscape? Operating service and memory capacity? I'm not very tech savy, so more information the better or specific laptop/touchpad would be much appreciated.
