Hello Friends, 

I've written a first draft of a layer export extension which supports Inkscape 1.2+ Layer Selection.

I've tested it on Ubuntu 21 with Inkscape 1.1 and 1.2 and Windows 11 with Inkscape 1.1

At the moment it just exports each layer to its own SVG file.

With just basic naming ( based upon the current label + the current time )

HI! Please make a feature to allow exporting to PNGs as well!
