Hi. I have been using inkscape for years and recently re-vitalized my pure delight by exploring Live Path Effects in combinations and repeating multiple steps. This has allowed me to "see" or discover afresh ideas I might not have noticed.

And it gives me a newer appreciation for the tools and powerhouse at our finger tips, if will just play and explore more.

Here is one tiny idea that simy can lead to hours of creativity and design

Use the Pencil yool or the Pen to create a simple stroke. Any shape will do. Duplicate this and then apply the  Transform by 2 points LPE. Move the duplicate around and explore the options within this LPE alone. You should "see" new possibilities from the overlapping or altered spacing, angled motions you have made. Repeat this again. Duplicate and try the same LPE again. When satisfied with the results, finalize the playful discovery you have made.

Become even more adventuresome. Try various combinations on other duplicate strokes - in alternate steps ... such as the Transform by 2 points and then  the Envelope Deformation. Bend and/or Perspective/Envelope LPEs. Mix it up.  Turn up the music within your heart and mind.

Go even further. Spice things up with the Rotate Copies and Mirror Symmetry LPES.  Throw in some usage of the Extensions and the Interpolate Sun-Paths and Stitch Sub-Paths variations. Add flavoring from Lattice Dedormation and others. Duplicate the last altered shape and try other combinations.

Try this same "what else can I do" attitude and the "how can I explore further" recipe creations. Spend 5 or 15 or 20 minutes refreshing yourself on those little known or infrequently used tools and options within Inkscape. Some may be flops. But many will get you juiced and further curious.

I am quite sure if you do this ... you will find renewed excitement and fresh ideas on the "more" you can release from your imagination and efforts.

Just as you are digging deeper into Inkscape, you will be digging deeper into yourself. Go back to simple shapes and the previously "boring" ones. Find distinctions that matter to you. Share them.

Once you were satisfied with the crayons that were in your art box. Keep those same crayons but also find other ones. And different ways to use them.

As someone has shared before, ask more to get more. And give more to grow more. This involves Inkscape but widens much further than just Inkscape.

Renew yourself as you keep asking "What can I do _______?" And "How can I do ____?" Fill in your own action blanks and find out. Keep finding out.

Be encouraged to ... encourage yourself snd others around you.

Truly I wish you a wonderful day.
