This is NOT exclusive to Inkscape, but since I'm using Inkscape, I thought it'd be better to ask here. When snapping text to object, grids or guides, the "corners" of letters are always "off", not 100% aligned with the grid lines. Here's a link to a screenshot that illustrates it: https://i.imgur.com/XN4dB5T.png
Are there any known way of mitigating this and aligning the text properly?
Tyler Durden 4 minutes ago I'd try using "Snap to bounding box" instead of snapping to the text anchor.
Thanks for your time. I read some documentation on it and I couldn't understand the difference between just snapping to grids normally (what I was doing) and using the "Snap to bounding box" option, so I tried it and didn't note any difference, but maybe I'm using it wrong. Could you please explain what it does exactly?

Text objects are frequently aligned based on their anchor point, which can be set to Left-Center-Right.
Text (like any other objects) can also be snapped to its object-center, rotation-center (movable), or its bounding-box sides or corners.
