Path->Division will work but is still a bit tricky to enable. Path->Combine first your Paths then draw a rectangle around it and send it in the background - now select rectangle and compound path and go Path->Division. Delete rectangle and do whatever you want to the separated objects.

Not sure that a dedicated command exists to split a path where it autointersects.
How would be the quickest way to do it ?
