I'm working on a fairly large A4 PD full of vectors, and would like the pages to always remain centred on the screen. Is it possible to lock or limit the size of canvas so that it doesn't vertical scroll infinitely?
Also, if I have a 100 page PDF, and delete 20 pages throughout the document is it then possible to auto-arrange the remaining pages?
Apologies for the noob questions - I've searched the preferences / manual / Youtube and the topics here, but can't find anything relevant.
2. No. This functionality has been requested by multiple persons, though, it might come in the future. Use a grid or guide lines that cross to arrange your pages more easily (might not snap right away, I had to create another page first for it to work).
*Lock

I'm using 1.3.2 on a Mac
Thanks all.
1. No, but you can use '5' and some more zoom shortcuts to find back: https://inkscape.org/doc/keys.html#idm571

I have been using '5' fairly regularly this week and it helps.
Regarding 2, I'll give this a try.
Thanks for the response!
