Some tooltips show the keyboard shortcut. But some don't and I would like keyboard shortcuts to appear in tooltips for all buttons.

I provide a lot more details and screenshots in the question I posted a few weeks ago in the beginner forum.  I got no replies there so perhaps it was not appropriate for that forum and hence me retrying here. Sorry for double posting.
