A guide can be snapped to the node, and the guide origin can then be located with precision by double clicking on the guide. Then, the node can be snapped to the guide origin.
Sorry, I'm Chinese and basically relying on a translator to complete this exchange. I didn't understand much of your content. Can you make a GIF for me to see? Thank you. @TylerDurden
Thank you for your dedication, it must be very late for you there. Haven't rested well. It's a bit of a pain to operate, but should be the only way to go. Thanks again.@TylerDurden
Maybe it's not very useful, however you can select the node, then use the Arrows Keys on you keyboard to move the node. In the preferences you can set-up the number of pixels (or mm, or other unit measurement) that you move each time you click the key.
By the way, there are two ways to move the keyboard, one is to press the arrow keys alone, and the other is Shift + arrow keys. I don't know where the Shift+direction key distance is set now? I didn't find it in the preferences, so if you know, please let me know, thanks!@Ishmadrad
I mean can you set the Shift + arrow keys movement data separately, it doesn't seem to be this, I tried it and it's not right. I don't know what this setting is for.@TylerDurden
Can't this program move a single anchor point? Why do I move the whole thing together after the operation?
If you mean move a single node using the transform dialog, no.
Transforms apply to objects.

After a quick Googling around:
• Arrow: Move selection by the Nudge factor (2 SVG pixels by default).
• Shift+Arrow: Move selection by ten times the Nudge factor.
• Alt+Arrow: Move selection one Screen pixel.
• Alt+Shift+Arrow: Move selection ten Screen pixels.
Shortcut keys I do know, I just do not know where to set the mobile number, it seems that it can not be set.@Ishmadrad
Nudge increments can be set in Preferences>Behavior>Steps

The < and > keys (also , and . ) are for scale transforms.
Thank you, for answering all your requests, what a nice guy. Very gan'x @TylerDurden
Sadly, no: as I wrote before, it's fixed, and it's ten time the standard choice you set in the preferences.
