Kind of a piddly issue....When using the measuring tool this small dialog follows the cursor around.  It does go away when I am actually measuring but come right back when I let up on the mouse button.  Is there a way to get rid of it (preference) or is it written in to the program?  (It's not a real problem, just annoying.)
