How can I increase the time tooltips stay on screen. They disappear much too fast.

I'm using kubuntu 24.10 and inkscape 4. I also had the same issue with inkscape 3.x

There may be a hack for it, I'd ask the devs on the chat. https://chat.inkscape.org/channel/team_devel

In the meantime, it may help to make them larger... in the measure tool, there is a control for font size, that also controls the tooltip size.
