How do I put two images on one page? What I did was

I bring the image to Inkscape . Click  - Edit . Click - Duplicate move the page to the left so I have two images.

Now I want the 2 images on one page so I dont have the dotted lines. than  flip one image vertical so I have  mirrored images.

I think I understand. Your image is a bitmap with lots of white space surrounding the interesting content. You duplicated it and inverted it, but when you arrange the two pieces, the duplicated white space conceals the original image beneath.

Use Inkscape's Pen tool [b] to draw an approximate outline around the content you want to keep. Switch to the Select tool [s]. Select the outline and the image then [Object > Clip > Set Clip]. Now you can duplicate, invert and arrange as you did before.

This worked perfect for me thank you for helping me. Is there a way to darken the image. I cant do anything with the printer to make it darker. It shows darker on the screen than when its printed.

I have been using Inkscape but not enough to understand it.

Got to learn, thank you for raising the question.

Not in front of Inscsape but I‘m pretty sure you will find something useful in Filters->Raster like „light and contrast“ or something along this term.

As Polygon suggested, you might improve the appearance using filters, but don't expect too much. You can't magically change a low quality scan into a sharp vector image. If that's what you need you should consider redrawing it.

This is quite a common workflow. Place your bitmap in a locked layer and draw new shapes in another layer above. There are many nearly identical shapes in your image so much of this would be cutting, pasting and tweaking. (Though an absolute beginner might find progress too slow and the learning curve too steep.)
