Every time I run inkscape, it keeps converting the units to millimeters.
I work in pixels, and all my values keep changing because of this conversion. I'll select a path in a file I was working on the previous day, and it will display the line width in millimeters, and when I switch it back to pixels, it has lost some value because of the conversion, changing from 4 to 3.9999.
Even if it wasn't changing my values without any consent, this would still be stupid. I shouldn't have to change this every day, and I ESPECIALLY shouldn't have to change it in a file where I've already set my values.
How do I get inkscape to just stay in pixel values permanently? For both new and existing files?
I've saved it as a template, but I don't think this is a template issue; I can open a file, set it to px, save and close the file, then open the very same file and find it has reverted back to mm.

Try the attached svg. If it works for you, you can save it as a default template for new files.

Where are you setting to px? Should be in the "Display Units" at the top of the Document Properties dialog.
Ah, I hadn't seen that one.
I was changing the units whenever I selected a path and saw the line thickness.
