Ok, ok. OS W10 64 bits. Last version: Inkscape portable 1.0.2.0. Now this portable version is in a folder in other partition in my HDD, not in use.  Inkscape´s folder in appdata-roaming was removed, new Prefences xml file. inkscape-1.2.2_2022-12-01_b0a8486541-x64.exe has been instaled in C:/Program files/. It was downloaded from https://inkscape.org/release/inkscape-1.2.2/windows/64-bit/msi/?redirected=1 and now just appears the .msi version, not the .exe in this site. Use  keyboard and mouse and an Inspiroy U950P HUION version 14.8166.1482, just one monitor at 1920 X 1080 ppp. No helpers nor assistents. Attach the preferences xml file.

Please provide more info:

1. Describe your OS (your computer's Operating System: Mac/Windows/Linux/etc. & version).
2. Describe if Inkscape was newly installed, or upgraded from an earlier version.
3. Describe the version of Inkscape and the installer you used (the file you downloaded from the website: .msi/.exe/.zip/other ). 
4. Describe any special hardware being used, like tablet/stylus or multiple monitors.
5. Describe any helper/assistive programs or keyboard modifiers (macros, languages, etc.).

I definitely stay with my portable version of inkscape, it is a thousand times more stable and functional. The latest version for me is not worth it with the new additions and features it brings as they are unnecessary in my regular work with Inkscape. Anyway...thank you Inkscape.
