My designer sent me this .ai image and I can't edit it. When I try to select an individual element it selects the entire image. I have tried ungrouping already. Thanks!
Tyler is right, just a bitmap inside the ai file. No vectors there at all. They need to change how they save if they are trying to keep vectors. Could be Affinity can't for some reason, like filter effects.

It seems saved/exported flattened by error as I guess it´s about the decals on the truck - so no access to the lettering in this state.
