Hello there.
I made the attached SVG file, to help me at times in my designing process. I offer it to you here, in the hopes it might help you as well.
It has several "radiating guides" in a circular fashion. There are such "guides" from 2 to 36 equidiant divisions.
See the graphic below for a few examples.
Also, though they are circular, they can easily be changed to ovals, by altering their width to height ratios.
Enjoy and be blessed in making something useful and beautiful.
One more thing. You can always select any of these objects and convert them to guides - by pressing Shift and G.
The example below is from doing this with the 12 section object. (This keyboard shortcut works for any object.)
I am sorry for such a newbie question (and this may be the wrong place, but . . . how do I download these as SVGs? I can only get them as JPGs.Thank you!
Right clic on the first image of the first post, then save target as. Other images are jpg.
I tried that with the second image (thinking the first one was an error), and it didn't work.
