I know the normal behavior of scaling from the upper left can be altered by clicking on any of the other 7 handles. But is there any way to scale with the center of the bounding box as the anchor point? In other words, if I scale by +10% width and height, the width and height will expand 5% in all 4 directions.
Using the Transform Panel will scale the object from the center as well as holding shift+ctrl and drag from one of the 8 handles. If that´s what you want.
